Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will hold responsibility for the management and handling of day-to-day queries from customers. This includes inbound call handling, email correspondence, actioning changes to the subscription databases, administering orders and securely processing payments.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will also work closely with our Client Account Managers to ensure all promotional and product details are accurately maintained and handled. Our Customer Service Team is the first point of contact for our readers and an incredibly important part of what we do.
