IT Audit Manager

Hybrid / London office

Up to £90,000 + bonus + benefits

We are delighted to be exclusively supporting a renowned international business in appointing a Technology Risk & Assurance Manager. This is a newly created role within a rapidly evolving audit and risk team, offering real scope to shape the technology audit agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and embed a robust and modern audit framework, aligned to professional standards and business needs
• Take ownership of end-to-end reviews, delivering valuable insights that drive meaningful improvements across the technology landscape
• Build influential relationships with key stakeholders, positioning audit as a trusted adviser to the wider business
• Coach and support junior team members, contributing to the development of an agile and future-focused audit function
• Monitor emerging risks and trends, including AI and other transformative technologies, to ensure the audit plan remains relevant and proactive

Key Skills & Experience:

• Recognised qualifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar, combined with a solid track record in technology audit and risk
• Strong experience working in dynamic and fast-paced sectors; exposure to M&A or integration work highly advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of IT control frameworks, risk management processes, and audit methodologies
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey technical issues in a business-friendly manner
• A strategic thinker, comfortable working in a complex, changing environment with a hands-on approach
