Salary: £28,176 - £31,101 (pro-rata)

As a Residential Child Care Officer, you'll work closely with a supportive team to provide guidance and care that helps young people thrive, despite the challenges they may face. You'll help create a nurturing atmosphere that focuses on emotional, social, and physical well-being, acting as a role model, advocate, and even a 'good parent' when needed.


What You'll Be Doing:
