Marketing Strategy and Execution:
• Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans/strategies across various platforms (social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow the social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the brand and resonates with the audience.
• Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community.
Funnel and Email Marketing:
• Create and manage marketing funnels to guide potential customers through the buying process.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
• Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements.
Competitor Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough research on competitors' marketing strategies and activities.

Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and membership engagement, preparing reports for key stakeholders.
Project Management:
• Support the team in organizing tasks and managing workflows using Asana.
• This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative, stay ahead of tasks, and continuously seek improvement.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant including strategy, paid ads, and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and membership management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, SEMrush, SEOSpace, Google Analytics/Search Console, and paid advertising platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment.
• Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
