As part of Switch Studios, you would be working for one of the foremost providers of gaming technology in the world.

As an AI-Centric Digital Artist, you will play an integral role in the visual development of new games within the iGaming space. Utilizing AI-driven design tools and software, you will collaborate with senior artists, game designers, and developers to produce game assets, animations, and artwork that align with our innovative vision.

Responsibilities:

• AI-Driven Asset Creation: Use AI-based design tools to generate high-quality game assets, including characters, environments, backgrounds, icons, and other visual elements.
• Concept Art Development: Assist in developing concept art and visual storyboards for upcoming game projects, working closely with senior artists to transform creative ideas into functional designs.
• Collaborative Design Process: Work alongside game developers, UX/UI designers, and other artists to ensure the seamless integration of AI-generated assets into game mechanics and user experiences.
• AI Tools Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI design tools and technologies, ensuring efficient production pipelines and experimenting with AI capabilities to create innovative game assets.
• Art Style Consistency: Assist in maintaining visual consistency across multiple projects by adhering to established art styles, themes, and brand guidelines.
• Feedback & Iteration: Work iteratively by responding to feedback from senior designers and the creative team, refining AI-generated designs to meet the desired quality standards.
• Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions and skill-building workshops to improve your understanding of AI tools, game design principles, and the iGaming sector.

Qualifications:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI-based design tools such as DALL·E, MidJourney, Artbreeder, Leonardo or RunwayML.
• Strong creative instincts and an eye for detail in design, with a passion for combining artistic techniques with AI-generated solutions.
• Understanding of game art principles, including 2D/3D art styles, asset creation, animation, and UI/UX design for games.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes as AI technology evolves. Ability to adapt to feedback and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Good to have:

• Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
