As part of a high-performing leadership team, you will oversee complex programmes that drive operational efficiency, digital transformation, and post-M&A integration.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of change in a fast-paced, evolving organisation with an exciting growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage high-performing teams across change, PMO, business analysis, and Acturis support functions.
  • Provide governance, structure, and rigour across complex programmes, ensuring effective prioritisation, risk management, and reporting to executive stakeholders.
  • Oversee budgets in excess of £5 million+, managing internal resources and third-party suppliers to ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Engage with C-suite executives and senior leaders across broking and central functions, ensuring buy-in and alignment on key initiatives.
  • Drive post-merger integration programmes, including system migrations, legal entity transfers, and operational transitions, while managing cultural integration.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including data and reporting enhancements (e.g., Power BI dashboards) and process optimisation.
  • Foster a collaborative, coaching culture that promotes professional development and builds delivery capability within the team.
  • Proven experience as a Programme Director or Senior Programme Manager within the insurance broking sector.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex business transformation and M&A integration programmes.
  • Expertise in delivering technology migration projects, including Acturis and policy administration system implementations.
  • Strong track record of managing budgets exceeding £5 million and resource pools across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at C-suite level.
  • Experience developing Target Operating Models and delivering organisational design and change.
  • Commercial acumen with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to driving successful outcomes.
  • Leadership capability with experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance within insurance and broking.
  • Qualifications such as MoP Practitioner, Prince2 Practitioner, or equivalent.

What will you get?

  • Lead transformative programmes in a growing, highly acquisitive broking group.
  • Influence strategic direction and deliver meaningful change across business and technology functions.
  • Collaborative and supportive culture that values innovation and high performance.
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and executive benefits package.
  • Hybrid working model to support work-life balance.
