Factory Operative

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised food manufacturing business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £11.44 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Factory Operative is based in Latchingdon, near Maldon.

Shifts for Production Operatives:

• 07:00 to 17:00 or
• 06:30 to 16:30

Pay:

• From £11.44
• Saturday shifts optional - paid at £15.44 per hour
• Paid weekly

Main Duties of Factory Operatives:

• Weighing, packing and processing orders
• Maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety protocols
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Reporting any issues to management
• Being a team player and always giving your best
