About the Role

Join our dynamic team at the EFI as a Registry Coordinator and empower student success through enrolment support and admissions guidance!

As Registry Coordinator you will support the Registry Manager in the development and implementation of core admissions processes, as well as working closely with the Head of Admissions and Student Registry to ensure that student data and other processes are accurate and kept up to date.

About You

  • Qualifications: Level 3 qualification or equivalent and GCSE Maths & English qualification at grade C/4 or above.
  • Experience: Proven experience in education administration in a registry or similar administrative function and of working with students.
  • Expertise: An understanding of FE College student information systems and their operation and knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Passion: You will be a positive and proactive team player with strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and outstanding organisational abilities – ready to make a meaningful impact!

Salary: From £30,600 to £34,000 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
