Service Advisor

An award-winning Car Dealership Group in the Cambridge area is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal Service Advisor will provide excellent customer service to our customers with a view to progression into management.

Basic Salary

Up to £32K - £45K OTE

Responsibilities

• Ensure our customers receive the highest levels of service at all times.
• Serve as the key liaison to our customers, updating additional repairs and services to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
• Support team and management to achieve set company targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Service Advisor role within the Motor Industry essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
