Senior Product Designer

Who we're looking for

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in maintaining and working on design systems and design tokens, advocating for design and usability, collaborating with various domains, and managing stakeholders.

They should also have a strong product mindset, critical thinking skills, and good interpersonal interaction abilities. The candidate is expected to be proactive and self-motivated to fit well to the flat hierarchy. They will be closely working with Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Designers and Engineers and interfacing directly with key business stakeholders.

This role also leverages a dynamic remote work approach to drive maximum productivity and innovation.

Responsibilities

1. Advocate for design, product, research, usability, value, and informed decisions.
2. Collaborate with different teams and manage stakeholders.
3. Define, ideate, research, and prototype both in low and high fidelity.
4. Plan and facilitate workshops.
5. Document and synthesise insights.
6. Maintain and work on design systems and design tokens.
7. Write UI copy and microcopy.
8. Manage translations process (3 languages currently supported, moving to 8).

Minimum requirements

1. 8+ years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX.
2. Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience or training.
3. Excellent written and good spoken English skills.
4. A natural curiosity to solve problems, collaborative, analytical and have a product mindset.
5. Can share design cases or challenges highlighting contribution, problem, process, insights, and outcomes/results.
6. Humbleness, emotional maturity, excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Experience working in cross-functional product teams following an agile, product-led approach.
8. Fintech or related industry experience.

Bonus

1. Experience working in the SMB (small, medium business) domain such as neobank targeting this market.
2. Experience working with comprehensive design systems and design tokens.
