Job Title: SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: SEN Schools/Provisions Across Surrey
Positions Available: Full-Time Long-Term Supply or Permanent

We are looking for passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to join SEN schools and provisions across Surrey. We offer both full-time long-term supply and permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with a range of SEN in the classroom and in small groups or 1:1 sessions.
• Assist with planning and delivering lessons tailored to students’ needs.
• Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and staff to monitor student progress.
• Help students with social, emotional, and academic development.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• HLTA qualification (or relevant experience) and a passion for working with SEN students.
• Experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting.
• Good communication skills and a patient, flexible approach.
• A commitment to supporting students' development and learning.
