What will you be doing?

1. Developing metocean design basis for offshore wind farms, ensuring high-quality project execution.
2. Leading and managing offshore and nearshore metocean condition projects from inception to delivery.
3. Conducting advanced statistical analyses, including extreme value analysis and joint probability assessments.
4. Driving innovation through the development of new technologies, methods, and tools for metocean studies.
5. Managing projects, mentoring staff globally, and contributing to R&D programs to push the industry forward.

Are you the ideal candidate?

1. MSc or PhD in Marine/Coastal/Offshore Engineering, Meteorology, Oceanography, or a related field.
2. 6-10 years of relevant experience in technical metocean projects.
3. Strong knowledge of metocean processes, modelling techniques, and measurements.
4. Proficiency in numerical modelling tools for waves and hydrodynamics.
5. Advanced programming skills in MATLAB and/or Python, with experience in statistical analysis.
