Junior Web Designer

ROLE SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a Junior Web Designer to join our remote creative team. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of digital assets across a portfolio of sweepstakes, casino, and sportsbook brands. Day to day, you’ll work on CRM campaign creatives, social media content, and basic web design — helping to bring our brands to life across multiple touchpoints. You’ll report into the Head of Design and be supported to grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign & Content Design

• Design static and animated assets for email campaigns and CRM journeys
• Create engaging visuals for social media (both organic and paid)
• Support the design of promotional assets such as banners, pop-ups, and display ads

Web Design & UI

• Help produce simple landing pages and marketing pages within existing templates
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital outputs
• Ensure designs are responsive and visually appealing across devices

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, developers, and content teams to bring ideas to life
• Respond to feedback in a positive and proactive way
• Support with asset organisation, file management, and handovers

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A design portfolio showing examples of digital work (student projects or freelance welcome)
• Basic understanding of layout, colour, and typography for digital channels
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• An interest in social media, online marketing, and how brands communicate online
• A willingness to learn, ask questions, and take on feedback
• Nice to have: any experience in gaming, entertainment, or e-commerce

• You are detail-focused but able to see the bigger picture and adapt quickly
• You communicate clearly and collaborate well across teams
• You take ownership of your work and are comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• You’re curious, motivated, and eager to improve with each project
