Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful candidate will support project delivery across healthcare projects and exciting projects such as roller coasters and aquariums. The role will encompass both pre and post-contract responsibilities, providing a well-rounded exposure to project management within the construction sector.

You will be responsible for:

1. Assisting in cost management and reporting
2. Supporting the preparation of tender and contract documents
3. Engaging in post-contract monitoring
4. Collaborating with the project team to ensure timely delivery
5. Communicating with clients and stakeholders as required

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Requirements

1. BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
2. Minimum of 1 year's experience
3. Background in working within a PQS / consultancy
4. Basic knowledge of pre and post-contract procedures
