Beesley and Fildes Ltd are currently recruiting for a Trade Counter Operative to work out of our branch based in Chester. As a Trade Counter Operative you will be responsible for providing a ‘first point’ of call for customer and maintaining high levels of customer service to maximise sales potential. Main Duties:

Follow up and file quotations issued to check competitiveness and to secure sales
Merchandising front of house / shop floor
Assisting customers over the telephone
Assisting customers face to face within the branch
Liaising with suppliers
Ongoing product training and development
Monthly stock take

Requirements/Qualifications:

Previous experience within a merchant background
