LOCATION: Liverpool and surrounding areas

SALARY: £44k/£46k, van, fuel card, overtime, private healthcare, and van for personal use

JOB INFORMATION

• This role has come available due to expansion. My client has excellent staff retention and is looking for a commercial gas engineer to join an established team.
• Based from home and working on a mobile basis, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas appliances.
• You will be responsible for carrying out PPM schedules and meeting set KPI targets covering commercial sites including communal living, student accommodation, care homes, and other commercial sites.
• 24-hour rota for emergency call-out – standby allowance paid and overtime rates apply (1 in 5/6) with a minimum of 4 or 8 hours paid at time and a half.
• Plenty of overtime available, along with future prospects and progression such as training for OFTEC/LPG/COMCAT certifications.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION

• Recognized industry qualifications including Gas Safe/ACS commercial gas.
• Good customer service skills; well-presented and articulate.
• Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas appliances.
• Experience working on commercial gas maintenance contracts is advantageous.
• Motivated and trustworthy.
