UbiQ Group Ltd are looking to appoint a Trainee Specialist Access Technician for specialist access cleaning and maintenance works nationwide. This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in this field to join a growing company who will develop and support them in their career. Must be based in Cheshire/Staffordshire/Shropshire due to the location of our office, although the role will involve some working away from home.

We are looking for someone who is driven and self-motivated with a hunger for career development. The candidate must have a head for heights and enclosed spaces.

Duties will involve:

1. The delivery of specialist access cleaning and maintenance projects under the supervision of a senior site supervisor.
2. Projects to be delivered include high level cleaning, painting, gutter cleaning, de-vegetation, general building maintenance.
3. Personal development within the role to progress through the IRATA levels.
4. Paid overtime.

Essential:

To be considered for the role applicants must have the following:

1. Full UK Driving License.
2. Eligible to work in the UK
3. Prepared to travel and work nationwide
4. Proactive
5. Positive mindset

Desirable:

1. Construction skills
2. IRATA rope access/Confined Space
3. PASMA
4. IPAF
5. PTS
6. Chainsaw/hedge cutter training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
