Job description

Job Title: Ductwork Site Manager

Location: Brighton, UK

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all on-site ductwork installation activities.
2. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
5. Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
6. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and progress updates.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in ductwork installation and site management.
2. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
5. Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or mechanical engineering are a plus.

Communication & Reporting:

1. Preparing regular progress reports for clients and other stakeholders.
2. Communicating effectively with all members of the project team.
3. Documenting all relevant information and activities on site.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Proven experience in managing ductwork installation projects.
2. Strong understanding of ductwork systems, installation techniques, and relevant regulations.
3. Thorough understanding of construction site safety regulations and procedures.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to identify and resolve technical and logistical issues that may arise on site.

Pay: £250 - £275 per day
