We are seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter with a proven track record in identifying and attracting top-tier talent in the Financial Services sector. This role is critical to our continued growth and success, ensuring we bring exceptional professionals into our organisation who align with our mission and values. What will you do:
As a member of the Global People Team, work closely with hiring managers (locally and globally) to understand the hiring needs and roles to be filled and give insight into the local market.
Identify the most effective methods to attract and recruit top talent globally.
Build and sustain a diverse, qualified talent pipeline to meet both immediate hiring needs and long-term organisational goals.
Work closely with top tier agencies as and when required.
Define the interview and assessment process for roles and ensure hiring managers are aware and trained with regard to recruiting and interviewing best practices.
Analyse and report on recruitment metrics to identify trends, refine strategies, and support data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to the definition of our EVP and employer brand in line with the organisation’s global approach working with the Global People and Brand teams.
Give market insights with regard to salaries and EVP.
Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the organisation’s employer brand and positioning us as an employer of choice within the industry.
We expect:
Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition globally.
Excellent understanding of different cultures.
Thorough understanding of talent acquisition best practices, DE&I, employer branding etc.
Proven ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including hiring managers and leadership teams.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools.
Demonstrated expertise in using a data-driven approach to optimise recruitment processes and develop impactful strategies.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent knowledge of English with any other language being an advantage.
