This is a wonderful two-form entry school in Primrose Hill, Camden. It is easily accessible by public transport and seeking to appoint a qualified Primary teacher from April 2024. The school has a Good Ofsted rating and is happy to consider applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs. EYFS Teacher Responsibilities:

1. Creating and executing daily lesson plans that reflect the school’s curriculum and focus on individual learning needs of EYFS students.
2. Creating and maintaining a safe, positive and stimulating learning environment for EYFS-aged children.
3. Ensuring that diversity within the classroom is embraced and supported.
4. Creating a classroom environment that is safe, respectful, and welcoming.
5. Engaging with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and other concerns.
6. Collaborating with colleagues to create an excellent education experience for EYFS students.
7. Maintaining regular communication with the school leadership team regarding lesson plans, assessments, and student progress.
8. Ensuring that all EYFS students understand the core philosophies, values, and expectations of the school's culture and community.

EYFS Teacher Requirements:

1. QTS, EYTS or PGCE and strong academic record.
2. Experience in teaching in a primary school.
3. A relevant bachelor’s degree in education.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience teaching EYFS-aged children.
6. A thorough knowledge of the early years curriculum, coupled with the ability to plan, deliver and assess effective lessons.
7. Ability to create and maintain a warm and stimulating learning environment that fosters a love of learning.
8. A passion for education and a commitment to continuous professional development.

EYFS Teacher Salary

The salary for this EYFS Teacher position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract following the MPS/UPS pay scale within Inner London.
