ImpactWe’re looking for a creative and driven Videographer with a passion for storytelling, video production, and creating thumb-stopping content. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing a variety of video formats that span from organic social content to podcast clips and event coverage. Working closely with our Head of Brand, Senior Brand & Content Manager & Social Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in delivering compelling visuals that showcase Frive’s ethos and engage our audiences.
What You’ll Be Doing- Shooting short-form content for Frive’s organic and paid social channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
- Producing and editing long-form content, including podcasts and videos for YouTube.
- Capturing content at Frive events and partner activations to showcase brand moments.
- Shooting and editing video content for George’s (Founder & CEO) personal brand.
- Crafting engaging paid ads that capture Frive’s unique value proposition.
- Editing short-form organic content that feels native to social platforms while staying true to Frive’s tone and aesthetic.
- Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to ensure video assets align with brand goals.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re after a skilled videographer with 3+ years of professional experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to turn concepts into captivating video content. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects with ease, and always be looking for ways to elevate your craft.
About You- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and sound design.
- Ability to shoot and edit content that feels native to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Experience in editing long-form content, such as podcasts or YouTube videos.
- Knowledge of colour grading and creating visually appealing video styles.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and how to create platform-specific content.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation (preferred).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
