An established industry player is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to enhance their consulting and administration services. Qualifications

Job description

Eden Scott are currently looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join one of the leading UK consulting and administration businesses. This is a great opportunity to develop existing and new skills, as well as expand your knowledge and experience. You will be working on a number of DB and DC schemes varying in size and complexity.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining all administration aspects of DB and DC pension schemes
  2. Ensuring first point of contact for members, trustees, and managers
  3. Providing training and mentoring to the team
  4. Dealing with general queries from members, the employer, and the trustees by telephone, email, and letter
  5. Calculating, processing, and checking benefits for members
  6. Responsible for all pension renewals
Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have a good DB pension's technical knowledge, ideally 5 years' experience working in a Defined Benefit environment, knowledge of GMP reconciliation, equalisation calculations, and PPF. Excellent computer, communication, and organisation skills are essential. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
