We are looking for someone passionate about what we do - a combination of Telesales and helping people to start their fitness journey - so please make this a considered application! We are looking for people who can bring the energy on every call and have a fantastic phone manner, whilst understanding the challenge and rewards of high volume telesales and being tech savvy to be able to use our bespoke systems!

  • At Fit Phone we're all about helping Boutique Fitness Studios and Gyms by handling all their Sales calls, messages and Sales interactions! This allows them to thrive by bringing more people through their doors!
  • We handle all the inbound enquiries on behalf of our Clients, connecting with prospective new trialists and members through outbound call, email, Whatsapp and SMS. With a view to selling introductory packages during a single interaction and getting everything set up for their first visit!
  • Our mission is simple: let our Clients focus on what they do best - providing an amazing in-person fitness experience: while we've got their backs by taking care of all the Sales tasks.
  • All leads are warm enquiries, no cold calling and with our Sales philosophy based on Exercise Psychology, we're here to motivate people into action and ensure we respond to their interest fast!
  • We are growing our team with shift-based support to match growing demand and extra projects such as Studio launches and seasonal campaigns. This role would suit someone looking for a work/life balance, something to fit around studies or a second job. Shifts are agreed ahead of each month, based on your availability and how that syncs with the demand from our Clients. Shift patterns are usually 11am - 2pm or 4pm - 7pm Monday : Friday
  • Your primary focus is on closing sales and maintaining Client relationships! Responding quickly to inbound leads - we're all about speed, so you'll aim to make that first contact call (via the CRM) within 10 minutes of each lead coming in. As well as carrying out call drives and follow-up calls and messages.
  • During calls, enthusiasm and genuine interest in the person making the enquiry will be key. We're passionate about our Clients and the services they offer, so you'll bring that knowledge and spark to every conversation.
  • Conducting a thorough needs analysis, you'll follow our Call Flow to identify goals, importance, timeframe and previous barriers before carrying out the appropriate call-to-action for each client, closing the deal in one interaction!
  • You will maintain the systems and CRM, ensuring accuracy and spotting and fixing errors.
  • This is a casual shift-based role, with no guarantee of fixed hours but successful candidates may have the option to convert to permanent part-time (or full-time) at the earliest opportunity as the company continues to grow!

  • We are system and process driven so you should be accomplished with various software and a fast learner of software and systems, including but not limited to: Highlevel, Mindbody, Glofox, Google Drive, Slack, Zoom, Stripe and Whatsapp. With a keen eye for detail and a desire to understand why and how - and not just what!
  • Friendly, energetic and enthusiastic phone manner, able to follow our call flow and maintain control of conversations by asking the right questions and closing with tenacity in one interaction!
  • Reliability and diligence - equally happy working under direction or being left to smash through a call drive, 100% accuracy with your communication and knowledge on each client. Able to support colleagues in their client knowledge and to liaise with Clients directly.
  • Adaptability - you be able to effortlessly switch between representing a particular Client on one call, to another Client on the next. All the information you need will be at your fingertips with the Fit Phone system!
  • Remote UK worker - a good setup with stable internet and a quiet place to work with reliable computer processing power.
  • Tenacity and endeavour - it's a Sales role so you have to bring that fire! We don't settle for ordinary results for our Clients and your North Star should be: what do I need to make my next sale for each Client.

2+ years telesales experience.

Remote UK only.

  • Casual Shifts Normal shift structure: Monday - Friday: 11:00 - 14:00 or 16:00 - 19:00.
  • £13 - £15 per hour depending on experience.
  • Plus commission of £5 per sale above monthly hurdle.

Expected Performance

  • Min 5 quality conversations per hour, 1 sales unit per hour.
