Our client, a leading organization in the media space, is seeking an experiencedHR Business Partnerto join their team on a12-month fixed-term contractto start ASAP.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain extensive exposure toprojects and process implementation across Europe, with a strong focus onPost-Merger Integration (PMI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner toSenior VPsacross the business, providing guidance and support on HR initiatives.
  • Lead and contribute to variousprojects and process improvements, ensuring smooth integration and operational efficiency post-merger.
  • Drivedata-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to optimize HR strategies.
  • Implement and enhance HR processes in line with business objectives, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and executeHR strategiesthat align with the company’s growth and transformation plans.
  • Be hands-on in HR operations, supporting a mix ofstrategic and operationalactivities.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience inPost-Merger Integration (PMI)within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strongorganizational skillswith the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Adata-driven and process-orientedapproach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, influencing and driving HR initiatives.
  • Comfortable in bothstrategic planning and operational execution, with a hands-on, proactive approach.
