Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
Devise and review specifications for products or processes
Set requirements for suppliers (i.e. external professional lecturers, etc.) and monitor their compliance in collaboration with the Program Management Office.
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
Supervise auditors, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
Oversee all academic related development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
Inspect final outputs from departments
Review and monitor corrective action plans submitted by the different Offices.
Keep accurate documentation and perform and prepare analysis of audit results.
Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.
Oversee the Document Controller and may be assigned as such in the absence of the Document Controller.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
