Job description

Description: Our client, a well-known UK infrastructure services business, is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect with strong skills across Oracle Cloud ERP. As the Oracle Cloud Solution Architect within the architecture function, you will be accountable for the strategic roadmap for the Oracle estate and act as the interface between key business stakeholders and the wider technology design, delivery, and support functions including external partners.

5 Key Skills Required:

1. Minimum five years Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
2. Proven track record as an Oracle Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful project implementations.
3. Broad knowledge of Oracle Cloud, with expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Management and working knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Human Capital Management.
4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical challenges.
5. Experience of IT product or application ownership.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

1. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand their business objectives and requirements and translate them into solutions.
2. Design and develop end-to-end solutions according to business requirements.
3. Accountable for the evolution of our Oracle Cloud footprint.
4. Work with the team to ensure the delivery on time and to budget.
5. Creation of high-quality solution architecture documentation that can be used to detail business processes and enable technical build and test activities, including where integrations are required with peripheral systems.
