Key duties:

Preparing and submitting tenders, estimates, and proposals.
Negotiating and managing contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Providing commercial guidance and support to project teams.
Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
Monitoring project budgets and financial performance.

To be considered for this role, you will have a commercial background within the construction industry, demonstrable Quantity Surveying experience, working knowledge of construction contracts and procurement, and experience managing and supporting multiple projects.
