• Assist the legal team in preparing and reviewing real estate finance documents
• Conduct legal research related to real estate finance
• Manage and update client files, ensuring all relevant legal documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Coordinate with external solicitors and lenders
• Provide legal advice to internal teams on real estate finance matters
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
• Meet deadlines and manage workloads effectively
• Support the legal team in other duties as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Finance Paralegal should have:

• A degree in Law or related field
• 1 year minimum experience as a real estate finance paralegal
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
