As a Bartender at FBK, you’ll be at the heart of our bar operations, crafting high-quality drinks while providing outstanding service. Location: Southbank Centre
Rate of Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week, Variable hours. Day & Evening shifts available

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative signature drinks.
2. Provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
3. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
4. Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and collaborate with management on ordering supplies.
5. Offer expert recommendations on drink pairings and menu items.
6. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
7. Assist in creating and updating drink menus, incorporating seasonal trends and customer preferences.
8. Support your team during busy periods, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
9. Share your knowledge and expertise with fellow team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
