We are currently seeking a Plumber to join a well-established team, covering care homes, supported living, and independent living properties across Birmingham postcodes. This role is perfect for someone looking for job security, steady hours, and a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carrying out a mix of reactive and planned plumbing maintenance
2. Working on voids, refurbishments, and day-to-day plumbing repairs
3. Jobs allocated through a tablet system for efficient scheduling
4. Minor repairs beyond plumbing, including tightening fixtures and general upkeep

Typical Reactive Plumbing Repairs Include:

1. Low pressure in boilers
2. Toilets not flushing
3. Radiator valve issues
4. Shower, tap, and bath repairs
5. Fixing leaks and general wear-and-tear maintenance

Requirements:

1. Plumbing experience in residential or social housing settings
2. Comfortable in a customer-facing role, working with elderly residents
3. Ability to handle minor repairs beyond plumbing
4. NVQ level 2 in Plumbing & Heating
