Due to expansion, an exciting position has become available for a Commercial Account Handler to join our professional team.

The key aspects of this role will entail:
- Dealing with MTA’s / Adjustments / Declarations etc.
- Negotiating renewal terms for our existing clients.
- Liaising with insurers and underwriters to secure the best terms possible for both new and existing clients.
- Broking both new business cases and renewals, whilst working closely with Account Executives throughout the process.
- Processing payments / DD’s / Premium Finance for both new and existing clients.
- Dealing directly with clients via phone / email on a daily basis in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in commercial account handling is essential.
- Demonstrated understanding of general insurance products such as Liability, Fleet, Engineering, and Commercial Combined.
- At least 12 months experience using the Acturis system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of customer care and service, providing quality advice.
- Awareness of FCA and other regulations.
- Ability to work closely and flexibly with other team members.
- Demonstrated high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment.
