  • Are passionate about building high-quality, robust, and user-friendly dashboards and tools for diverse stakeholders.
  • Are committed to ensuring the reliability and accuracy of data and data products, critical in a fintech setting.
  • Possess an understanding of business and product strategy, and how data can support it.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your work.
  • Are familiar with CI/CD processes and understand their importance in maintaining data integrity.
  • Have experience in financial operations, payments, credit and/or compliance.
  • Possess a solid understanding of data privacy principles and governance practices.

What will you be doing:

  • Run analyses with data, present and automate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Empowering our internal teams at Pleo with high-quality, self-serve data through the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Looker.
  • Support in the development and delivery of reporting for external purposes.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and product performance using data and analytics.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements, uncover trends, and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Engaging with data colleagues and peers to foster a culture of cross-team learning and knowledge sharing.

Your colleagues say you

  • Balance innovation and pragmatism, knowing when to go deep and when to deliver quickly.
  • Are a trusted mentor who uplifts and develops those around you.
  • Actively seek and share knowledge, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
  • Have a knack for bringing people together and aligning them towards shared goals.
  • Are someone they’d love to have coffee with (virtual or not).
Show me the benefits!
  • Your own Pleo card (no more out-of-pocket spending!)
  • Lunch is on us - with catering in our Lisbon, Copenhagen and London offices or a monthly lunch allowance paid directly together with your salary in other markets.
  • Private health insurance to ensure you’re fit in body and mind to do your best work.
  • We offer 25 days of holiday + your public holidays.
  • Flexibility/remote working options.
  • Option to purchase 5 additional days of holiday through a salary sacrifice.
  • We’re trialling MyndUp to give our employees access to free mental health and wellbeing support with great success so far.
  • Access to LinkedIn Learning - acquire new skills, stay abreast of industry trends and fuel your personal and professional development continuously.
