About the Role

To support the Food and Beverage Team in an assistant capacity. This would include serving and clearing food to and from tables - presenting and pouring beverage to tables. Work within the standards set by the hotel to ensure guest service is met.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving food to tables from the kitchen - showing competent knowledge of what is being served.
• Displaying, opening and pouring beverage to the table - showing skill to present and open a bottle of wine.
• Clearing tables using philosophy of at least 5 plates.
• Taking up any other duties needed asked for by Duty Manager
