Hey there! We’re Kukoon Rugs - a family-run, fast-growing company that’s all about delivering quality rugs (and a bit of joy) to homes across the globe. Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Full-Time Warehouse Operative to join our lively crew in Carnbane, Newry, Co. Down.

What’s the Job?

You’ll be diving into two key areas:

Goods In:

1. Unloading containers with up to 4,000 rugs — think of it as your daily gym session.
2. Neatly putting those rugs away in their correct locations.
3. Using a handheld PDA to accurately book in the stock.

Goods Out:

1. Picking rugs from multiple locations — you’ll smash your step count goals!
2. Wrapping and rolling pre-cut mats like a pro.
3. Packing the final product to ensure it arrives safely in our customers’ hands.

We’re Looking for Someone Who…

1. Has experience in a fast-paced, physically demanding role (bonus points if you’ve emptied containers before).
2. Knows their way around stock control and management systems (if not, we’ll teach you!).
3. Is a solid team player who goes the extra mile for their squad and our customers.
4. Forklift experience? Awesome, but not essential.
5. Can handle a PDA without panicking.
6. Brings a positive attitude, energy, and pride to their work.
7. Takes ownership of their actions and constantly strives to improve.
