Quality Assurance Technician - Food Manufacturing

We are hiring on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business based in Manchester. They are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join their team and ensure that high standards of food safety and quality are consistently met.

The Role:
  1. Working Monday to Friday, on-site from 5:45 AM - 1:45 PM
  2. Optional overtime available
  3. Monitoring and maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards
  4. Ensuring adherence to BRC and industry regulations
  5. Conducting quality checks, audits, and reporting any non-conformances
  6. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
  1. Experience in a food manufacturing environment
  2. Understanding of BRC and food safety standards
  3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
