BPAS are looking for a Financial Analyst to come & join our finance team. This role is a permanent, hybrid role, working 36 hours per week over Monday to Friday. You'll work remotely from home with travel to our Head Office once a week.
About the role
As a Financial Analyst, you'll provide detailed analysis of income & costs. Your responsibilities will include project monitoring, contracts profitability analysis, KPI analysis, & budgeting & forecasting. You'll participate in the implementation of Power BI reporting, ensuring data assurance & compliance with policies & procedures.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse financial projects, contribute to BPAS' long-term planning, & enhance your skills in financial modelling & analysis.
About you
You'll be a part-qualified or qualified accountant with finance department experience. This could be within the not-for-profit sector, but we also welcome commercially aware individuals too. Your understanding of financial accounting principles, use of KPI metrics, & proficiency in Excel will be key to success. Power BI or Excel modelling experience is desirable, & your ability to work collaboratively at all levels of an organisation will set you apart.

Further Information
Location: Hybrid working with the expectation of travel to our Head Office once per week. Potential to have to travel more for training in the first few weeks.
