HDR Housing Disrepair Fee Earner / Solicitor

Leading Liverpool based legal practice is seeking 3 x HDR fee earners to join their fast growing team. The firm has won a number of awards, including for how they train and develop staff, so excellent opportunity!

You will be responsible for:

• Managing your own case load of housing disrepair claims being pre and post-litigated cases.
• Dealing with and drafting various interlocutory applications.
• Liaising with Counsel and providing coherent instructions when necessary.
• Dealing with complex cases.
• Handling small claims, fast and multitrack cases.

We are open to considering both qualified solicitors as well as strong fee earners, providing you have the knowledge to succeed working on complex cases.
