B2B Campaign Operations Manager with EMEA experience needed for a 1 year contract with a Tech giant. ASAP start.

THE COMPANY
Our client is a global B2B technology organisation.

THE ROLE
As Campaign Operations Manager, you will focus on the execution of the brand campaign strategy in the EMEA region. You will partner closely with the regional marketing team, local digital marketing, and field marketing teams across the region. You will focus on strategic digital programmes, brand awareness activities, and support the design and execution of regional campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Project manage the execution and set-up of EMEA campaigns, supporting media and creative integration.
  2. Liaise with the media agency on campaign set up and campaign hierarchy.
  3. Collaborate on trafficking sheets and UTMs set up.
  4. Understand disparate country concerns and cater marketing tactics to suit different stages of market penetration per country.
  5. Create and implement new ideas on how to better reach target audiences and key personas using various channels and content mediums.
  6. Assess opportunities for improvement, and optimise marketing processes and campaigns.
  7. Manage internal relationships to create cohesive campaign launch plans, localise content, and work as a key partner to the field teams.
  8. Identify and respond to unexpected short-term opportunities and risks.

YOU
  1. Experience working with media agencies and campaign set up.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar B2B campaign focused role.
  3. Strong project management and organisational skills; able to plan, monitor and prioritise.
  4. Expertise in Google Analytics and campaign and content management systems.
  5. Experience working cross-functionally and across multiple countries.
  6. Strong command of digital & social marketing channels and best practices.
  7. Experience of working with creative agencies and 3rd party media agencies.
