Our client is a dynamic organisation that is committed to providing excellent employee relations support. They are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their team for a temporary period of 2 months.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex employee relations cases, both longstanding and new, with professionalism and sensitivity
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees regarding employee relations matters
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve conflicts and foster positive working relationships
- Conduct comprehensive investigations, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and analysed
- Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate employee relations risks
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proven experience as an Employee Relations Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
