Role Overview:

• Engage with prospective clients, emphasising MCS Group’s value and tailoring recruitment solutions to their needs.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to placement.
• Collaborate closely with clients to deeply understand their hiring requirements.
• Source new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Facilitate effective negotiations for both clients and candidates.
• Manage the offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated with key trends within the accountancy and finance sector.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a 360-recruitment consultant, preferably in the accountancy and finance sector, with a proven track record of success.
• Thrive in a competitive environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Demonstrate hard work and successful teamwork.
• Resilient and able to recover from setbacks.
