It is a food-led business, 100% fresh food, with a dining room attached, log fire, and a lovely garden for the summer nights, with weekly sales upwards of GBP 35,000 to GBP 45,000.

My client is looking for someone who will come in and take the pub under their wing, nurture and evolve the business. You must understand the values and what the establishment is all about. Helping it grow whilst supporting and training the team on a continual basis. We would want you to be hands-on in the entire running of the community pub, always being the welcoming familiar face who isn't afraid to get stuck in.
