As a Global Strategic Events Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of our larger tradeshows and a variety of strategic events worldwide, with a focus on driving brand awareness, community engagement, demand generation and pipeline creation. This position is responsible for creating innovative event marketing strategies that generate brand engagement and capture high-quality leads that convert to pipeline. The individual will be responsible for soup-to-nuts event management, maintaining and tracking success metrics and reporting on KPIs, and collaborating cross functionally with business-wide stakeholders to ensure success. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and must be organized and detail-oriented - managing many events simultaneously across the globe.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to determine our annual strategic events strategy and the key events Silverfort will participate in.
  • Plan and execute Silverfort’s participation in national tradeshows and large scale events - establish goals, ensure flawless pre-event, on-site, and post-event execution, and report out on learnings, success metrics and ROI.
  • Create and collaborate cross-functionally to execute activities that drive pre-show interest, attendance, and post-show conversion activity/engagement.
  • Manage key metrics such as pipeline, cost per meeting, cost per lead, opportunity conversion, etc. to analyze performance and optimize as necessary.
  • Track campaign ROI and influence the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with global functions e.g., Executives, Sales, Technical Alliances, Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, ABM Marketing, etc. to ensure strategic events have the full support of key stakeholders, and drive maximum business-wide impact.
  • Strategic events beyond trade shows could include global product tours, specialty executive events, partner and alliance summits, UX groups, customer conferences, and more.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B event management and/or agency experience.
  • Proven ability to successfully execute large scale events and brand activations; an event portfolio will be requested.
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and 3rd Party Integrated Tools.
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results across globally remote teams and at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to understand complex tasks and approach them with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to oversee all aspects of event logistics.
  • Highly creative with a talent for generating innovative ideas and a forward-thinking, out-of-the-box mindset.
  • Enthusiastic, driven, positive, hardworking professional who can multi-task, prioritize and rise to the occasion in high pressure situations.
  • Ability to measure, analyze and interpret metrics around event performance.
  • Basic understanding of the sales pipeline funnel.
  • Leads with kindness, empathy and a team-player mindset.
  • Experience in cyber security and/or identity technology is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel globally as needed for event or program execution, between 25-30% annually.
  • Ability and willingness to adjust working hours based on upcoming strategic events and the time zones in which they are located.
