A fantastic opportunity for a Pastry Chef at a multi award winning inn which boasts a great reputation not only for its food but also for its destination. The kitchen has just been fully refurbished with the latest equipment and as Pastry Chef you will work closely with a talented Head and team of 6 chefs to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen high standards are maintained. There is a restaurant which serves breakfasts, lunches, Sunday lunches, and evening meals. The menus are regularly changing and consist of Modern British dishes cooked to award winning standards, using fresh seasonal produce locally sourced.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role can be at CDP up to Sous chef Pastry level, and the salary will reflect experience. You must have a minimum of 3 years pastry experience and a stable background working in award winning establishments.
