Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow
• Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
• Manage inventory and stock control within the pharmacy
• Handle patient queries and complaints, providing excellent customer service
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the local community
• Participate in community outreach programmes to promote the pharmacy's services

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacy Manager should have:

• A degree in pharmacy or a related field
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
