The successful Estate Agent Sales Progressor will ideally come from a similar role or have a background in legal/conveyancing.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the end sales process - taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day
• Liaising with partner agents
• Responding to emails
• Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process
• Gathering required documents to complete the sale
• Responding to queries and arranging conference calls.

As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor, you will have a natural ability to problem-solve, think on your feet, and possess strong rapport-building skills.

Estate Agent Sales Progressor – Experience Needed

• Previous Estate Agent Sales Progressor experience is desirable, or legal/conveyancing experience
• Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• A natural instinct for problem-solving and impeccable organization skills
• A persuasive, can-do approach with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse caseload
