The Opportunity

Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team, you will enjoy:

1. Leading the development and implementation of the curriculum in collaborating with Educators to maximise each child’s development and learning.
2. Supporting Educators to ensure that each child participates in the educational program.
3. Support Educators to assess each child’s learning and development.
4. Establishing clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice in collaboration with all Educators.
5. Contributing to the development and ongoing implementation and review of the centres Quality Improvement Plan.

The Centre

Our beautiful centre opened in September 2023. We are a 132-place centre, with 8 spacious light filled rooms. We also have a large multipurpose room available for all age groups to explore. We have 3 architecturally designed outdoor playgrounds that inspire adventure. We have a large carpark for educators and our families, which is directly in front of the centre. Our Chef has 9 years of experience working within Guardian and always encourages educators to enjoy her delicious meals with the children.

To be considered, you will have:

1. A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood
2. Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
3. Previous experience working in the early years sector
4. Valid Working with Children’s Check (QLD Blue Card)
