Job Title: Designate Store Manager
Location: Bristol area
Basic Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum DOE
OTE: Between £44,000 - £49,000+ per annum
Shift and Schedule: 5 out of 7 days working pattern. High street hours.

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the shop, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Providing personalised product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
  3. Assisting customers in navigating the store, answering questions, and offering insights into product features.
  4. Maintaining visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organised shopping environment.
  5. Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  6. Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
  7. Contributing to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
  8. Creating a welcoming environment where exceptional customer service is paramount.
  9. Driving results by consistently meeting targets and KPIs.
  10. Leading by example and motivating your team members.
  11. Bringing fresh ideas and expertise to the table with strong communication skills.

Successful Applicant:

  1. Minimum of 3 years in a sales management setting.

  3. Experience in guiding a team to deliver sales against targets.
  4. Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
