The Finance Business Partner, reporting to the Financial Controller, plays a vital role in driving the successful execution of the company’s strategic plan.

Commercial experience paired with a strong desire to understand the business is essential.
Utilising strong analytical skills to extract, review, challenge, and present financial data effectively.
Building and maintaining robust relationships while partnering with senior managers and key stakeholders.
Providing valuable financial insights to support informed commercial decision-making.
Leading FP&A activities, delivering real-time analysis and support to finance and non-finance teams.

The person:

Qualified/Finalist CIMA / ACCA / ACA Accountant with a background in an ambitious, fast-paced, and dynamic business.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong influencing and negotiating skills are required with the confidence to challenge assumptions and processes.
