We are looking for a talented Junior Digital Designer to join our Brand Creative team here at Hobbs. As a key member of the team, you'll be creating digital assets that capture the essence of the Hobbs brand across various platforms, including our website, emails, social media and digital marketing campaigns. This opportunity would suit an Assistant Designer looking for that next step in their career.
Key accountabilities include:
As a Junior Digital Designer, you'll need a strong portfolio that showcases your skills across various platforms – think websites, emails, social media, and more. A solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is essential, along with a good grasp of responsive and mobile design principles. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs like After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign would also be beneficial, along with a basic knowledge of HTML and website limitations.
Since our team thrives in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management and organisational skills are a must. We're also looking for a Junior Digital Designer who is collaborative, with a passion for brainstorming new ideas and contributing to a positive team dynamic. A keen interest in the latest industry design trends is also essential!

While not essential, familiarity with Figma would be a definite plus! It's a fantastic tool for collaborative design, and we're always looking to expand our skillset. But don't worry if you haven't had a chance to explore Figma yet – we're happy to provide training.
