To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
  1. Qualified & Experienced: IMI Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance, City & Guilds, or equivalent
  2. Customer-Focused: A passion for providing top-tier service
  3. Strong Communicator: Able to explain complex repairs without the jargon
  4. Full UK Driving Licence: With minimal penalties

Within this position, you'll also be:
  1. LCV Repairs & Maintenance: From routine servicing to gearbox & engine overhauls
  2. Diagnostics & Fault-Finding: Using the latest tech to keep vehicles running smoothly
  3. Customer Interaction: Explaining technical issues in simple, jargon-free language
